Love Thursday
Love is . . .
Keeping the baby quiet at 2:00am (and 4:00 and 6:00) so the rest of the family can sleep.

That was me, quoted word for word. Googie, was 3 months old. Now with the addition of little Dot, girl number 2, things have gotten a little more hectic. . .

Been there, amen to that.
I totally commiserated with your previous post. I'm going through the same thing with my sister-in-law, only their problem is neglect and apathy. They plop their poor little kids down in front of the TV for HOURS, giving them no stiumulation or interaction.
I guess what ticks me about this is the 4-year-old has a SERIOUS speech probably and can barely talk. The last thing he needs in the world is TV.
There are multiple other problems and finally I had to say something. Not abrasive, but I felt someone had to be the advocate for those poor kids. She flew off the handle and hasn't spoken to me since Christmas. Sad thing is I don't feel badly about that, just for those poor kids.
